Carlos Chávez Reyes ’19 holds an undergraduate degree in engineering statistics from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería in his native Peru. He worked as an analyst and statistical consultant in academic and healthcare research before pursuing his MS in Analytics at NC State. During his time at the Institute, he served on a practicum sponsored by The Home Depot. He recently connected with current MSA ’24 student Carlos Castillo to discuss how the program prepared him for his role as a senior data scientist at Red Ventures in Charlotte.
